Search for stranded wire. Let's povanguem on a photo?

Hello. I could not find a better place than here (well, you could go to the radio cat). I'm getting to the heart of the matter.
On the Internet, I ran into a photo with a very unusual stranded wire.

Homemade. In general, I know only one five-core with such a cross section - RHSE 5x2, but it is shielded.

Since I don’t know cables in general soft PVC insulation with individual varnish insulation, I dare to say that this is a homemade product. The wires were pulled through the insulation from another wire.
If the author was lazy, but he has rich stocks of pieces of iron for analysis, I will assume that the cores are cut from a high-frequency winding cable . But no - he could cut and twist from any PEL.

Yes, this is an ordinary copper wire for winding a transformer, it also has a lacquer coating, so a pigtail with twisted and contacts cleaned put on a piece of insulation and that's it
