When the buyer places an order, he can indicate his phone number.
Task: after completing the purchase, automatically call the client, ask him 2-3 questions and collect answers. It is assumed that he will press the numbers on the phone, as in the voice menu.

You will need your own asterisk, I can’t even imagine what kind of company that provides virtual PBX services (mostly on the same asterisk) will bill you for such a simple “functionality”. I did it myself and I talked with such integrators)
