How to make a virtual boot disk?
There is an SSD which has one partition C with windows 8.1. An HDD is installed nearby with two partitions: D for files and E for downloads. How to turn partition E into a bootable USB flash drive and install Windows from it. When copying files from an image and changing settings on the EFI partition in the UEFI BIOS, it does not appear. What should I do?
Thanks in advance

It also depends on the controller of the flash drive.
Read flashboot.ru, there are quite a few ready-made recipes, lists of useful programs, and that's it.
