I don't know why the tag is Premiere, and the question is about online services, but Premiere is fine.
We put the keyframe at the beginning of the picture (at 0 seconds), put the second one at the end (at 3 seconds?). In the second, we change the scale and position. Within three seconds, the position of the picture smoothly changes from what it was at 0 second to what it was at the third.
The second is similar. Just a change of position. Do it in a minute.
