In the cinema, they shoot everything with a frequency of 60 frames from this and the smoothness of the picture?
It’s just that with my 24 frames everything somehow turns out sharply and quickly.
Or is it all about shutter speed and cannot be set above 50?

Movies are shot differently.
24 frames / s was on film, but they have been shooting digital for a long time.
Some films are already shot at 60 fps (for example, The Last Hobbit).
If your video scrolls somehow abruptly, then this is not a matter of frame rate, but something else.
