How to make a valid SOAP request?

there is XML , there is XSD , and the WSDL
address At first the XML file was not "checked" against the XSD, but in a few hours the problem was solved.
Now the server is giving

"javax.xml.ws.soap.SOAPFaultException: Failed to find required headers in passed message."

. There is no access to the server developers :(
