How to make a user upload their data with different fields in 1C Bitrix?

Hello!
I am new to 1C Bitrix. There is such an interesting task:
A registered user must fill in information about himself (the fields must be non-standard)
For example, full name, photo, period of work in the field, something like a small resume. And all this should be searched through the search.
How to do it? Create a new type of infoblock and let them add their profiles there and then set up a search for this infoblock? Please help with the implementation logic, I can’t put my brains together, I’ve already broken my whole head
