Is it possible to make tree comments in forum.topic.reviews in Bitrix?

I can't resolve the issue for a long time. It is necessary to implement comments to the product card. There are two tabs on the page, one for the usual comments on the product, the other for a question and answer. I can't do the second option. I made the first comments with the bitrix:catalog.comments component, I wanted a question and answer in the same way. However, two components on the same page do not load normally. They don't work no matter how hard you try. I decided to make a question-answer through bitrix:forum.topic.reviews, but there are no tree-like comments and the ability to answer the question. Tell me, how best to implement this moment? Suddenly, someone has an approximate solution, to peep somehow.
