How to make a transparent gradient?

Good afternoon dear experts. I just can not create a transition from color to transparency.
I create a gradient and everything is ok:

But when I save it, I get a hat (does not remain transparent):

Yes, and + to that, some artifacts remain in the form of lines (i.e. there is no smoothness). Or can it be done with css? I used a bunch of services, but the gradient through css also turns out to be not smooth and a bunch of artifacts are constantly issued. I will be glad for any help! Thank you!
