How to make a timer for many counts (40 pcs)?

I need a timer for more separate stopwatches, namely 40 pieces, so that there would be 40 separate windows where you could enter the time and in each of these windows the timer went by itself, the time in each window will be different and vary from 20 minutes to 10 hours.
