How to make a static ip on ubuntu?

I have a server with a desktop ubuntu, I need to make friends with it so that the router always sends an external ip to the server.
I forwarded the necessary ports to the server, but how to make the local ip be static?
I came in, I think now I’ll just tell him to do for example 192.168.1.111, set the mask to 255.255.255.0,
apply the gateway 192.168.1.1 and ..., the mask is reset and becomes "32", in the router parameters you can see that the device with ip 111 has joined, but the Internet not on the server.
It's still not clear why there are 2 different network settings? screenshot https://i.imgur.com/yCfaIM9.png
In addition to this, the server also has 2 network cards, but I use only one,
how to set up a normal static address and make the Internet work?
ps ubuntu 18.04

On the DHCP server, configure so that the same address is issued on the poppy.
