How to make a stand with VMWare vCenter without a physical server?

I am writing a script to work with VMWare vCenter. We need a test bench at home, there is no physical server.
Is it possible and how to virtualize virtualization?

Yes, you can, if software and hardware allow.
This is called nested virtualization.
ESXI and VCenter can be installed, for example, in Hyper-V, but keep in mind that this bundle requires powerful hardware.

Yes, it's possible. Moreover, I had hardware on which ESXi did not want to run; but in the KVM virtual machine on the same hardware, it started and installed without any difficulties.
On the other hand, there is also a Windows version of vCenter.
