Imagine that during the playback of the video, a panel (a transparent rectangle) leaves on the right, I understand how to do this. In this panel there are items, the content of what the video is about, for example:

How to make it so that, for example, the first item is highlighted for the first minute, then for the second and for the 5th second item, etc. I think the essence of the issue is clear, something like visual navigation in the video
