How to make a simple video surveillance in the office?

You need to be able to go through the browser at the address (IP / domain), enter the password and see all the cameras on-line (both on Mac OS and on Win).
To be able to watch the archive, download to your computer. a piece of video from selected cameras and / or save it on the server / cloud.
To have a schedule for movement in selected areas and, preferably, smoke / fire detection + notification (email at least, and preferably SMS) about movement and fire.
The sound is needed (at least in the office).
Cameras are planned for the beginning of pieces 7 (we need the possibility of easy scaling, i.e. adding cameras without significant changes in the overall system).
There will be cameras both in the office and on the outside of the building (it doesn't go below -5 in winter).
Night vision is required.
You don’t need expensive cameras, but it shouldn’t be cloudy either - faces and numbers of cars should still be readable (IP cameras?).
What would you advise (specific models, please), how to organize? It is possible to order on Ebay or Amazon.
No video surveillance experience.

Find a company that does this. They will offer you the price of the project as a whole, and the registrar, and the cameras themselves according to your technical requirements. And then look - either order them, or do it yourself, or you don’t need it for that kind of money.
