How to make a simple switch from wired Internet to Internet from another WiFi in Mikrotik?

There is hAP AC^2. Sometimes the wired Internet at home disappears. I would like to temporarily switch Mikrotik to the Internet from a phone that works as an access point, so that the entire home network has at least some kind of Internet.
Before that, there was Keenetic, and in it WISP (Wireless ISP), where it was easy to do this.
I myself configured Mikrotik to connect via WiFi according to this instruction from the wiki - https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Connect_to_an_Avail...
But how to make a quick switch if necessary from the wired Internet and back?
Only through different backups and restore to the desired settings?

I will add that by default, with a wired Internet, wlan1 simply distributes WiFi in ap bridge mode.
And when switching wlan1 to station mode, you also need to change the SSID and Security Profile in it, remove wlan1 from Bridge, DHCP Client and NAT switch to the wlan1 interface.

I did through several default routes with different distances. Wired connection via pppoe, it usually fell. The scheme is as follows - on the default through the wire we hang a more priority distance, on the default through wifi - less priority. When pppoe crashes, the default disappears, traffic starts to go through wifi. Of the minuses - there is no check for the availability of the Internet, i.e. if the wired Internet provider breaks down, while pppoe does not fall, then the switch will not occur.
In general, there are many more elegant solutions, googled on multiwan, for example https://habr.com/en/post/463813/ .
