How to deal with poor contact in RJ-45 connectors?

A small firm, "server" in the back room, there are switches from firms ending in ...Link. Gigabit, unmanaged. A dozen computers, access control systems (Biometrics), video surveillance servers, and other network equipment are connected through them. Room conditions, the room is dry. In less than 2 years of operation, the following picture began to be observed: on some ports the link disappears (judging by the indication) and in fact.
You pull out the connector, insert it into a neighboring port and it all works, most often this happens with your own. It is clear that in any incomprehensible situation - recompress).
However, I would like to know the existing methods for preventing problems of weakened contact in ports, oxidation of tracks on connectors, maybe high-quality RJ-45?
One equipment in practically outdoor conditions has been working for years, while the other in greenhouses is buggy, even if you apply anticorrosive.

Connectors are not magic. The contact is broken for only two reasons in general: chemical degradation of the contact surface, deformation of the contact (under the action of mechanical or thermal influences, including the ingress of foreign objects between the contacts).
Take a magnifying glass, a flashlight, look carefully at the contacts, compare with unused ports. Look for defects in the form of sagging wire contacts, dust, oxides.
Also, make sure it's not the port's electronics that are degrading - you don't write anything about whether the link comes back if you take it out and plug it back in.
Contacts that are indeed coated with a sufficient layer of gold should not corrode. If this does happen, then there are contact cleaners for electronics, see 3M Novec contact cleaner.
To tighten the wire contacts, I used a dental hook several times.

Don't skimp on equipment.
Re-compress.
Monitor humidity. For example, do not blow the air conditioner directly into the closet.

Buy connectors not for 200 rubles per 100 pieces, but at least for 500 :) Ideally, with gold plating.

I had a similar problem due to crimping and dope.
He squeezed too hard to the point that his teeth pressed through both copper and plastic at the other end.
Sometimes too "weak" connectors came across (mostly on routers for 100 re), then I just didn’t press it a little so that the plug would fit tightly.

Chinese defective twisted pair, and Chinese poor-quality connectors, poor-quality crimps
