Hello. There is no time to google. In short, the essence is this, a red square turns blue, then red again, etc. Please post a link to a similar tutorial for Photoshop.

open photoshop, open workspace with animation.
in the first slide, specify a red background and the time after which it will move to the second slide.
the same on the second slide. then put the "ringing" of the image and save as for the Web in gif format
