What are the two red circles in the center of the stencil tool for?
Can these guides be rotated?
Is it possible to expand them in width?

This is a virtual pattern / ruler. It is convenient to use the tool only on the touch screen, so it is not in the toolbar, it appears only if you switch to the touch interface. With the help of red circles, you can rotate the pattern, again only on the touchscreen.
