Dreamveawer: where is the visual editor?

Here I’ll draw blocks, and now I’m dragging pictures into them with a mouse or a menu, but in fact nothing more than autocomplete, and prescribing relative paths for pictures. The rest is written in a notebook, and so on. With text, but text every first editor can show hash tags.
Here is a WYSIWYG web builder and a visual one, and the Adobe people just turned it into a notepad.

Start from the idea that a visual editor will never replace a person in the work.
You can drag the size of the cells in the table, the location of the picture, and so on, but all this will be quickly forgotten as soon as more or less serious tasks start.

So after all, the code is on the left, and the preview is on the right, right? this is what makes the visual editor.
