How to make a simple CRM from basic tools on MAC OS?

I used crm https://pachca.com , it's perfect for me, but good things end quickly, and it became paid.
Looking for alternatives on my Macbook. Can use standard Reminders as a simple Crm? It seems there are labels, but is it possible to do unloading there?
In general, I will be glad to advice.

As an option, yes - CRM based on the built-in contact book MAC / iOS + Reminders
+ synchronizes with a mobile phone, access with icloud
+ synchronizes Google Contacts
Many fields for entering and searching for information
But, if more than ~ 10 thousand contacts starts to slow down (subjectively for me)
