How to fix macOS Mojave unavailable Bluetooth?

I tried to transfer photos via AirDrop from my phone,
Bluetooth stopped working. Photo below.

How I tried to fix it:
1. I deleted com.apple.Bluetooth.plist and waited a minute before turning it on
2. I wrote blueutil on and sudo pkill bluetoothd
in the console 3. I added / removed Bluetooth in the Network system settings
4. I did reset SMC and PRAM (probably wrong , but everything is exactly according to the instructions from the Apple website)

Are there any other options for fixing this error without reinstalling MacOS?

  • Create a new user and check there.
  • View the system report (About This Mac > System Report > Bluetooth tab) and examine the logs (Console.app > bluetooth keyword filter).
  • Reinstall the OS (create a second partition and install the OS there if you don't want to move).
  • Contact the service center.
