How to make a set of files from a .m3u playlist with serial numbers at the beginning of the file names?

Friends, an interesting everyday task has arisen: there is a device that does not understand playlists and tags, but plays files from a folder by name (from A to Z). And there is a .m3u playlist of thousands of tracks (tracks from different folders). How to get a thousand files with names like 0001-artist-track.mp3, 0002-another_artist-another_track.mp3, etc. in one new folder based on a playlist?
I myself don’t listen to music on my computer, so I don’t own an arsenal of all kinds of foobar, aimp, etc. Surely some kind of player-combine can do this out of the box or with a plugin? Suggest a solution.
