Why can't I play an audio file after transferring it to a smartphone?

The folder with audio files (mp3) has been transferred to android smartphone.
The smartphone itself could not reproduce them. Gives an error message.
After that, these same files were transferred back to the computer.
Even a computer can't reproduce them anymore.
Here is what media player classic outputs when trying to play these files:

Here is what windows media player outputs when trying to play these files:

It turns out that the android smartphone "ruined" these mp3 files.
What could be causing this and how to fix it?
That is, how to make the android smartphone able to play these mp3 files? (before transferring to a smartphone, these files were played properly)

Is the transfer just copying to a removable drive, or was there transcoding?
Look through the utility https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo for information about the files (codec, bitrate), compare with the originals if any.
Perhaps the files were simply broken when copying, if you have a bad drive, this happens with flash drives.
