Good day. There is a product, I created its variations:
small - 1000
medium - 1100
large - 1200

now the question arose of how to add also the choice of packaging, so that regardless of the choice of size (and regardless of whether there is a choice of size at all), the price of packaging was added to the cost of the goods :
without package + 0 rubles
package 1 +100 rubles
package 2 +200 rubles

Please tell me how to do it.
Any option is relevant from the plugin to editing woocommerce files, the main thing is that it would work.

the easiest option for you is to create an attribute - packaging
and do variations with it
You can try something like the Extra Product Options for WooCommerce plugin
You can simply add a button/input add packaging and its appearance, and then add its value to the Order Item object and recalculate price based on its value
