How to make a responsive template non-responsive that uses Bootstrap?

There is a site whose template is made using twitter bootstrap. There are 2 files in the CSS folder: iabootstrap.css and iabootstrap-responsive.css
I would like the same view to be shown when viewing the site in any resolution. Tried deleting iabootstrap-responsive.css. The site as it started to be displayed as it is, but it is very crooked, both on the PC and on the phone. How to make it so that the responder is not used at all?

for columns, use only col-xs-*. Thus, you will have the same structure at all resolutions.
