The contact has an API, a link to his manual at the bottom of the page used to be. Using it, you can get everything you need.
Well, about writing the application itself - the android documentation will help you, everything is there.
EMNIP, on the same hub there were articles on writing simple applications for android ( one , two , well, and further on the search).
But first you need to more or less learn Java =)
In my old post ( here it is ), you can pick up some basics of accessing the contact API, but everything is as simple as two fingers on the asphalt.
