We need a platform, a website or even a telegram bot where the user will be asked questions, and below there is an answer input field and a check button, it is important that each time the question is asked / displayed randomly, so that if there is a question base, he does not take questions first, but randomly.
ps: I saw a lot of php scripts, only there is a question, and below 4 answer options (this is not of interest, you need the input field) I also got the idea to use Google forms, but there questions how I scored so they go and will, that is, not randomly

The answer is from the category of "take it and do it": On any cms, the same WordPress creates a "Question" content type with the "Answer" parameter. In the template, you choose a random question. You check the answer.
