How to choose a theme for wordpress?

Good day! I'm going to buy a wordpress theme. I'm looking at this option . I have the following questions:
1. Will I have problems translating this topic into Russian?
2. I understand that there are 7 different themes in the kit, how can I dispose of them? Can they be installed on 7 different sites or just one?
PS Perhaps you can suggest some better theme options.

1. According to the idea, it should not, usually there is a file for translations inside. Again, the theme is compatible with WPML - this is a plugin for translating anything and everything (sometimes paid). The theme also comes with PSD, which means you can change the text that may be on the chart.
2. The Regular License says that you can create only one application with this product, which should eventually be distributed free of charge. Selling the finished product to your client (if you are a contractor) also means selling a license to use it.
It seems to me that there are not 7 themes, there is 1 theme with a set of ready-made bricks, by combining which you can get the desired site, for example, a corporate or landing page.
