How to make a pull request in Upsource?

Hello everyone,
trying to migrate from JIRA to Youtrack / Upsource and can't figure out how to do our normal process in these tools. Usually we -
- do a task
- make a new branch from master
in it - one or more commits are made to it
- to merge this branch back to master, a pull request is created, which is merged after approval by reviewers
But there are no pull requests in Upsource, or we do not have them we can find. Is it even possible to work according to the process described above?
