How to connect a repository to upsource?

Hello!
Installed this wonderful product from JetBrains in the office for testing, but can't figure out how to make it friends with Mercurial:
22:25:20: Input/output problem: Failed to fetch new commits from the version control for ProjectId{nc}.

The issue was resolved stupidly by installing mercyrial on the host with upsource. The problem of misunderstanding the process.
