How to make a proxy from a site (hosting)?

There is a site hosted by N (I will not name it). Bought a domain and all that.
I want to make it a proxy. How to do it?

Theoretically, you can use php curl https://stackoverflow.com/questions/12618607/php-c... but hosters get banned for this! There is also https://proxy.org/

VPS hosting or shared? If there is ssh, then configure 5 seconds through the tunnel.
