How to check MTProxy correctly?

Hello! I collected the Telegram Proxy (MTProxy) database, now I want to check them, but I have not found information anywhere on how this is done.
The data that the checker should return:
1. Is MTProxy active
2. Ping
3. Sponsor channel address
Please provide detailed information about this or a ready implementation in PHP. I emphasize that the checker is needed for MTProxy, and not for regular http proxies. Thank you in advance
