How to make a progress bar in excel?

There is a CELL 1 with a duration in the format:
12:20:00 (12 hours: 20 minutes: 00 seconds)
THERE IS a CELL 2 with a duration in the format:
150:00:00 (150 hours: 00 minutes: 00 seconds)
You need to display the progress bar. Find the percentage of cell1 from cell2
(for example, with an ordinary number you can do: 12/150 * 100% = 8%
It turns out 12 of 150 = 8%
How to do the same with time?

Cell Format -> Time -> 37:30:55
Cell1 will remain = 12:20:00
Cell2 will look like this = 01/06/1900 6:00:00
=A1/B1*100
=8.222222
And then = Conditional Formatting -> Color scales -> Other rules -> see picture
