How to extract phone numbers from excel spreadsheet?

I am writing a macro for Excel while "not in the tooth with my foot." I know how to google, but there are painfully abstruse examples - I don’t understand how to adapt them for my task.

On the sheet there is a table in which phone numbers are indicated. Table range from D14 to E<unknown>. It is necessary to get all phone numbers in a loop in a variable of type String , for further work with it. In this case, the cells in the range can be empty. There can also be empty cells below the table. The table itself is highlighted only visually, with a border style.

First of all, I don't understand how I can limit the range.
Empty values ​​are also not needed, they can be discarded.
Any ideas?
