A difficult and capacious question.
Where to look (start to check):
Agile life planning is generally to go cuckoo
Jedi technique , which was recommended above
Analysis of personal planning systems (until you get to the right one, you’ll get fucked, really)
Here about my favorite TickTick tasker , I also share information there as fill in the day, week, set goals for the month, etc.
But in general, all this is very individual, what suits me - nifiga will not suit you. Therefore, take some method, try it, it will come in - good, no - take another one or adapt it for yourself. It took me 3 or 4 years and I'm still in the process :-)
If you write anything, ask.

This is a very broad topic. In short, the first 2 hours of being awake are the most productive. At this time, it is necessary to solve the most important and resource-intensive tasks. Further, after the break, there is little time left to solve a few small tasks. Then lunch. After lunch and rest after lunch, the second productive phase of the day begins (but worse than the first). At the end of the day, it makes no sense to solve problems. It is better to relax, watch TV, make a plan for the next day.
In addition, there are small tricks to increase productivity:
- break every 15 minutes
- single-threaded activity
- clear task prioritization
- the ability to say "no"
- throwing / delegating unnecessary tasks
- abandoning urgency in favor of importance
Well, if everything did not go according to plan, then you need to connect motivation or tomorrow.

A plan is not a speed, but a sequence of actions independent of time.
Programming cannot be subject to any time plan.
You can not take to do something next without finishing the previous one.
Keep learning until you understand how and why it works the way it does.
After - go to a new topic (subtopic).
As soon as there is a time frame, it will become the first and TOP priority, and this is unacceptable in any training.

This is too broad a topic to answer in 1 post. I
recommend reading the book " Jedi Techniques. How to raise your monkey, oh... "
It reveals well how to do it and why most time management techniques do not work for all people
