Well, if a third-party service doesn’t scare you (and on the original, as far as I understand, there is no way to place your own script) - you can find the simplest hosting with Apache anywhere, put content on it, and in the same smscoin take a ready-made script that issues keys with a time limit actions for paid SMS.

The idea is good, but before the mass penetration of micropayment services, it is inconvenient to implement. Sending some kind of SMS is not the same at all.
