How to make a one-time redirect with iptables?
I would like to make it so that the user, when trying to access the Internet through a gateway (outgoing connection to any address and port 80), receives a redirect to a local page with a notification, and after this page, you can already successfully access the Internet, without notification, for some or time.

You won't get off with IPTABLES alone, you will need a bunch of iptables, squid and squid_session.
Here is the guide , I have it set up and working.
