How to completely remove all ID3/OGG tags, cover art scans and all other high-level metadata from an audio file on the GNU/Linux command line?

Can you please tell me how to remove everything from the audio file except, in fact, the audio recording on the GNU/Linux command line?
Now I see the foobar2000 Windows player as the most reliable tool for removing tags, but this is a Windows GUI tool, but I would like to do it under Linux and more automatically, without having to climb the menu and make a bunch of mouse clicks.
Google easily finds this question and answers on the Web (for example , here and here ), but none of the options I tried work cleanly enough - foobar2000 still finds tags in the resulting files, although they do not contain useful information, but I want to get as clean as possible audio file, removing everything that can be removed from it.
Please tell me who knows how to solve this problem. Thanks in advance.

@Ke1eth

id3convert -s a.mp3
-s --strip Strip the tags instead of rendering (default=off)

That's the only thing that comes to mind Puddletag

And why exactly from the command line? Isn't it easier to take software designed for this? For example, easytag will do the job just fine.
