How to fix dropbox sync?

There are two computers. One with archlinux, the other with ubuntu. Both have the dropbox client installed and connected to the same account. At the same time, synchronization stopped working.
What happens:
- in the system tray, the client icon displays the synchronization process;
- this is where the events end;
- same behavior in both arch and ubuntu;
What I did:
According to the instructions from the site of the subject, I did:
# mv ~/.dropbox ~/.dropbox.old
This leads to the re-creation of the profile, but not the treatment of the error.
Deleted the client. Installed again.
Everything is in vain.
What could be the problem? Where to look?

Write to their tech support. I had a problem on the Yandex disk, it turned out to be an individual incompatibility with my version of the antivirus. In general, technical support will ask for some information and should eventually answer.
