How to make a meaningful snippet in a search engine if the site has 4 words?

Good afternoon colleagues, I don’t understand much in SEO, I’m more in the technical part. But the customer wants that on his main page where there are only 4 words, a meaningful snippet will appear in the search engines for this page. At the same time, he does not want it to be in the title. Can you tell me how. Yes, and I’ll say right away that if this text, and it’s about 15 words, is put on the main page, then the design will break, in general, it’s out of place there. There is a stupid banner on the whole screen and a slogan of 4 words.
Thank you!

Use the standard features of the meta element: Use the Open Graph meta markup:
<meta name="description" content="">

<meta property="og:description" content="Описание">

Use LD-JSON:
<script type="application/ld+json">
  {
    "@context": "https://schema.org",
    "@graph":.....

Something for the search engines.
