How to make a local area network with two routers?

Good afternoon! I'm trying to solve the problem of setting up a local network, but it doesn't work out.
I have two routers (P1 and P2), employees sit on both routers. I need to make one network of two routers so that employees of both routers have access to a shared folder.
Is such a solution possible or not?
Or is it still better to make a network with one router? But then there will be a big load on the
PS network Both routers are from the same provider and are paid separately

Yes, do it with two. What is the problem? As long as the user networks do not intersect and both routers have a route to the second network or to the server with the ball.

Artem Ponomarev , so that it would be simple and without network witchcraft, do the following steps (tl-dr):
1. Set the IP address of the P1 router from the same network, some kind of memorable one. This means that they will have the same first three groups of digits (if 255.255.255.0 is specified as a mask), for example, the standard Tplink 192.168.1.1. Manually set on all devices of employees "sitting" on P1, IP addresses from the same network (192.168.1.xxx). Everyone, set the default gateway and DNS address of this router. Change the DHCP P1 settings to match the existing address. If you are at a loss, use the help of the manufacturer
2. For the P2 router, replace the address with an address from another network, for example 192.168.20.1. Disable the DHCP server. Manually set all P2 clients addresses from this network, default gateway and dns -- P2 address.
3. check just in case everyone has Internet
4. Connect both routers with a wire (from the yellow port to yellow)
5. Connect your "server" with a shared folder to one of the routers, preferably with a wire. Manually set the address of this connection so that it can receive the Internet from one network (for example, 192.168. Now, at these addresses, any employee has access to the folder.
5.1 If there are problems with access by computer name, with access from one network, from another network, then, depending on the zoo of your systems, you will have to conjure: disable and enable the "computer browser" services on the server and other computers, check the encryption used everywhere, and etc. etc. Access by IP address and login / password will be for sure.
PS: such a wooden solution with nails, because the tplink in the drain does not know how to have two DHCP pools, and swears if you try to bind an address to a poppy that is not from the pool (most household ones that I came across). And of course, it would be much better to take a router or a server that has the ability to use two simultaneous Internet connections, or set up your own, then all employees on the same network. But this solution may not suit the author of the question if he does not find such a specially trained piece of iron and a person who will set it up for him.
