Question about training/education?

Now I'm watching Andrey Sozykin's course on network technologies. After the course, I want to read Olifer's book.
But I have questions that I would like answers to.
1. Will this course and Olifer's book provide enough theoretical knowledge?
2. Theory is theory, but practice is needed, tell me courses / lectures aimed more at practice, preferably free and such that they could be understood by a person without experience
3. What a network engineer should know / be able to do, more specifics if possible
4. Is it realistic get a job by studying courses?

Thanks in advance to all those who helped

I completely agree with Slate ...
From myself - go as an enike or as an assistant to the administrator where the thread is, and there you will gain experience. Because books and the base are good, but in reality everything is very different) at the same time you will feel the pieces of iron there

1) The book is good, it is enough.
2) Go enikeem to any office with a fleet of more than 10 cars
3) white-orange, orange, white-green, blue, white-blue-green, white-brown, brown. This is 80% of the knowledge needed for the job, 10% for each color
4) This is about the 158th education question in which a person whom I did not examine and do not personally know asks me to look into the future and guess if he can learn something and get a job.
The answer will be like in Tiktok about a blonde and a dinosaur - 50/50%
The main thing that a networker should be able to do is to be able to google and read manuals. If you personally need someone to come and retell the textbook or google instead of you, you have a problem - you are going to compete with people who simply do not need ballast in the form of teachers / courses - if they see new hardware, they will be able to manage at a serious level, and you will only listen to an introductory lecture "how to plug in a patch cord and not get electrocuted."

2. Why are you again writing about lecture courses if you need practice? At home or wherever possible, take several computers, combine them into a network, and practice on other tasks!
Theory is good, but you understand that without practice it is dead.
3. You won’t go into network engineers right away, first enikey / admin assistant, then admin, then site manager.
4. I think it all depends on the office and your skills, at first it will be such a job, but many start with this.
