How to make a laptop a router gateway for everyone who connects to my Wi-Fi network?

There is one thought I do not know if this is possible. There is a router and I want my laptop to become a gateway for the router, that is, so that everyone who connects to my Wi-Fi network connects through my laptop and all data goes through me. And one more question, if it is possible to do the above, then is it possible to somehow view this data (which sites they visit, what they write and to whom).

You can make a gateway, just distribute the IP of your laptop via DHCP as the default gateway address. In this case, you need to assign a static IP to the laptop and set the correct gateway as the default gateway on the laptop itself (this will probably be the router itself).
Look at the account ... you can watch open traffic with any sniffer.
Encrypted is harder. To decrypt HTTPS, you need to set a transparent proxy and configure certificate substitution, the solution is not unambiguous and, in principle, the user can see the substitution and suspect something is wrong. I'm not sure that there are free solutions for Windows that can do this. In any case, it's not very easy. Decisions under Windows which I saw - all cost money. There is no universal solution in this case, let's say there are options for https, but the same openvpn, in my opinion, no options. Any other non-HTTPS protocol that uses encryption will require a personal decision.
