How to make a grid in Figma?

Getting familiar with the Figma program. I like everything, but I can’t figure out how to sketch a grid on top, for the convenience of creating a layout? How to draw it, how to use it in every project?

You select the desired artboard, in the right menu you find the Layput Grid block, press "+" - the grid setting will be added.

How to make a grid in Figma step by step:

1. Highlight the desired artboard
   
2. On the panel on the right in the Layout Grid block, click "+", a grid appears
   
3. Click on the icon of the added grid and go to the grid settings
   
4. You choose the grid type "columns / columns", grid alignment / type center / center
   
5. You set the number of columns / count, their width / width and the indent between them / gutter. For example, I assembled a Tilda grid: 12 columns, column width 60px, indent between columns 40px
