How to make a GI according to your picture on android?

The problem is this, I want to make a project for the university - an application (a.k.a. Akinator) on android. After looking at the meager template widgets, I want to make a beautiful GUI. Now the question itself is how to bind functions to the area in the picture? Or is it just to prescribe styles for each widget, if the first option is not possible?
I explained it crookedly, I understand, but I can’t formulate it better without an example, sorry.

If you want a beautiful ui, use material design. Don't invent bicycles.
