How to make a full-fledged application from a design layout?

Hello!
It can be said that I accidentally stumbled upon Figma.
And I was so imbued with simplicity and convenience that I concocted a simple design layout of the application.
As I understand it, there are two options:
1. Get a friend of a programmer who will make a full-fledged working application out of this layout
2. Start learning and become a programmer
But perhaps there is a 3rd option.
The same miracle program like Framer X (not only for macOS) that will allow you to replace a friend of a programmer.
Or at least a program with a minimum entry threshold.

No one has yet learned to replace programmers. Alas. If only you knew how sometimes it gets to do stupid and boring operations. We are waiting for the robots to grow wiser and take over the world.

3 options do not exist, how were you going to lay the logic between the screens of your application and communication with the database for example? It's just code here.
