The site I'm making should have a fixed width and display the same on all devices, while not having horizontal scrolling.
This question has been raised several times on the Internet, but I have not found a clear answer.
The customer needs the site to be displayed from the layout, just like on all devices.
Removed all adaptability meta tags at the moment.
