How to make a diagram correctly?

Help me set up the graph correctly
. I inserted a histogram into the table, but it is not displayed as we would like.
In the table, I enter negative values, but in the graph it is necessary that the costs be displayed in positive values and be up and not down, and the name of the "columns" itself should be on top
The file itself
Thank you!

In the table, I enter negative values, but in the graph it is necessary that the costs be displayed in positive values

Two ways:
- build a graph by an auxiliary column (add a column with the absolute value of expenses to the table)
- change the formatting of the axis:
right-click on the axis, select "format axis"\"format axis", then in the panel that appears on the right - "Number"/ "Number", in the "Format Code" field, enter: *
In 2007 Excel, the same thing, but instead of the panel on the right, a dialog will open there.
Provided that the order of the axis values in the settings is set to reverse (see the next paragraph).
* EMNIP, if the format does not work, instead of ";" use the delimiter set in the system properties
I opened it in Excel 2007/2016 - they are up, because you have "Values in reverse order" written in the axis properties
In Excel 2016, this is done like this:
- right-click on the label, select "format axis" \ "format axis", then in the panel that appears on the right - "Labels" (I don't know how in Russian, probably, "signatures"), "Label Position "\"Axis labels" should be put instead of "Next to Axis"\"next to the axis" "Low"\"below" (because the order of the values of the vertical axis is reversed, the location is also mirrored). In 2007 Excel'e the same, but instead of the panel on the right, a dialog will open there.
IMHO Excel is not the best option for family accounting, although it is quite flexible.
Maybe it makes sense to look in the direction of something like AbilityCash . Just watch the tutorial first.

I need to print a detailed error.

...
if($res->execute()){
      header('Location: http://www.websmash.net/article/index.php?id='.$id);
    }else{
      $arr = $res->errorInfo();
      print_r($arr);
    }
...

You are binding variables that may not exist at all. Use isset(), or rather, build rules for validating input data
