Bold highlighted the numbers themselves. Presumably in such a number there are 2 letters and 2 numbers. Naturally, the number is separated from the text by spaces. How to display all numbers in a separate column ???

We must first understand - what are the patterns. Offhand I see:
1. First comes the Cyrillic description text, then PartNumber;
2. PartNumber goes without spaces;
3. PartNumber always contains uppercase Latin letters and numbers (with a slash or a hyphen);
4. PartNumber is longer than 3 characters;
Already on these grounds, you can create a simple function that selects PartNumber from the full name.
Further manual analysis of the results is required.
If there is a resource for checking the existence of the received PartNumber, then the analysis task is greatly simplified.
