How to make a desktop application from a site on Chrome?

Is it possible to make an "application" from a site so that at startup one single site opens in the chrome engine, there are no toolbars, extensions, path lines, etc.? So that this application has nothing to do with the chrome installed on the system.
It would be a plus to be able to change the icon.
